We’re seeking a visionary, detail-oriented Brand Strategist to help elevate our founder’s thought leadership, grow our digital presence, and shape a cohesive, compelling brand experience across all channels.

What You'll Do:

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

  • Refine and evolve the personal brand and messaging across all client-facing touchpoints (website, IG, LinkedIn, newsletter, etc.)
  • Build clear brand pillars that reflect the brand's voice, coaching philosophy, and audience needs
  • Translate brand positioning into visual and verbal storytelling across campaigns and launches

Content & Campaign Strategy:

  • Collaborate on content themes, launch calendars, and marketing assets for courses, coaching offers, and live events
  • Guide storytelling direction for Reels, newsletters, carousels, and podcast/guest features
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform brand direction and opportunities

Growth & Community-Building:

  • Identify and pitch guest opportunities, partnerships, and cross-promotional channels
  • Bring consistency and strategy to social media presence and thought leadership expansion
  • Support brand-aligned lead gen initiatives and evergreen funnel development

Requirements

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, content marketing, or creative direction
  • Skilled at helping personal brands scale authentically without losing their voice
  • Love combining emotional resonance with strategic thinking
  • Understand the coaching/personal development space and speak the language of clarity, empowerment, and trust
  • Are a proactive collaborator with strong communication and project management skills

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in personal branding for coaches, speakers, or authors
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, ConvertKit, and Instagram strategy
  • A keen eye for content repurposing and storytelling across platforms
