What You'll Receive - Starting pay of $23.75 per hour - Full-time position with 40+ hours available - Overtime paid after 40 hours - Weekly direct deposit payroll - Paid training from experienced team members - Performance incentive opportunities Benefits - Paid Time Off - Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days - Tuition assistance opportunities - Company-provided delivery vehicle during every shift - Route navigation and delivery equipment provided - Opportunities to advance into trainer, leadership, or operations positions Your Responsibilities - Safely operate a company delivery van - Complete scheduled residential and commercial deliveries - Follow assigned routes using company technology - Maintain delivery accuracy and professionalism - Practice safe driving habits throughout every shift - Deliver excellent customer service - Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards Qualifications - At least 21 years of age - Valid driver's license - Reliable attendance and punctuality - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds - Comfortable working independently throughout the day - Previous delivery experience is helpful but not required This opportunity is well suited for applicants with experience in retail, warehouse operations, manufacturing, hospitality, food service, landscaping, construction, customer service, or anyone looking to transition into a stable full-time driving career.
