<div><p><b>Account Manager LATAM</b></p><p></p><p><b>This role is Remote in Miami</b></p><p><br/>Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers -  so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.</p><p></p><p>Why this job’s a big deal: </p><p>This role will be critical in strengthening Priceline’s presence in LATAM by ensuring high-quality execution, strong client relationships, and consistent revenue growth in the region.</p><p><br/><br/><b>In this role you will get to:</b></p><ul><li><p>Own and manage a portfolio of LATAM advertiser accounts as well as select East Coast key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong client relationships.</p></li><li><p>Lead client communication in Spanish, including performance updates, campaign reviews, and day-to-day correspondence.</p></li><li><p>Ensure campaigns deliver against client goals, KPIs, and contractual commitments.</p></li><li><p>Identify and drive upsell, renewal, and growth opportunities within existing accounts.</p></li><li><p>Partner with the operations team to oversee campaign execution from launch through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</p></li><li><p>Translate client needs into clear internal briefs, aligning on targeting, creatives, timelines, and deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Monitor campaign performance and pacing, proactively identifying risks and driving optimizations.</p></li><li><p>Deliver reporting and performance insights, translating data into actionable recommendations for clients.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate across Sales, Ad Ops, Product, and Finance to manage workflows, timelines, and issue resolution.</p></li><li><p>Act as the LATAM market expert, ensuring culturally relevant communication and high-quality client experience.</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>Who you are:</b></p><ul><li><p>Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) – required</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any relevant field</p></li><li><p>3–6 years of experience in account management, digital media, advertising, or client services</p></li><li><p>Experience managing digital campaigns (display, programmatic, or similar)</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of ad operations, trafficking, and reporting workflows</p></li><li><p>Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and ad tech tools is a plus</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Experience working with LATAM-based clients or markets is preferred</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to travel up to 5% for team meetings</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager) and CMS tools is a plus</p></li><li><p>Data-driven mindset with ability to translate performance into actionable insights</p></li><li><p>Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline:  Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust. </p></li><li><p>The Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life.
