Our growing manufacturing company in Garland, Texas has an immediate opening for an entry to mid-level Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team.


This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in accounting while gaining hands-on experience across multiple functions.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Job costing and reporting
  • Assist with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
  • Support new order processing
  • Cross-train to provide backup support across accounting functions as needed


Position Details:

  • Full-time, hourly position
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Benefits included
  • Pay range is a starting range and will be based on experience


Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills required
  • Typing by touch is necessary
  • 10-key by touch is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is highly beneficial
  • Ability to use a non-PC calculator/adding machine
  • 2–7 years of bookkeeping or related experience preferred
