Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors,<br><br>driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br><br><ul><li>Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies</li><li>Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions</li><li>Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards</li><li>Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>YOU MUST HAVE<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics</li><li>Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles</li><li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing</li><li>Experience with data analysis and statistical process control</li><li>Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality<br><br></li></ul><strong>WE VALUE<br><br></strong>Master’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred<br><br>Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results<br><br>Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions<br><br>Strong project management skills<br><br>Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced manufacturing<br><br>Commitment to continuous learning and professional development<br><br><strong>About Honeywell<br><br></strong>Honeywell International Inc.
