**Overview** **Duties** - Perform commercial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain high standards of cleanliness. - Utilize power tools and hand tools for various cleaning and maintenance tasks as required. - Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. - Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or issues that need attention. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility users. - Manage time effectively to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated timeframes. - Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and any challenges encountered. **Requirements**: - Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. - Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools is a plus. - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as part of daily responsibilities. - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients. - A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the facility. - Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
