Job Title: Amazon Brand Manager (Client-Facing) – Fully Remote

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

About Prime Team Agency:

At Prime Team Agency, we’re not your typical Amazon agency. With over 40 years of combined experience, our founders built this boutique firm to flip the script on how Amazon brands are managed. We work exclusively with clients we believe have the potential to win big on the platform—because we only take on accounts where we know we can make a measurable impact.

Our team is made up of seasoned professionals, not entry-level account managers. We’ve run our own Amazon businesses and led high-volume campaigns across top categories. By leveraging best-in-class technology and true marketplace expertise, we help brands thrive in a competitive digital landscape.

We’re a fast-growing, remote-first company that values ownership, creativity, and a get-things-done attitude. If you want to do meaningful work with a high-performing, collaborative team—welcome to Prime Team.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and client-focused Amazon Brand Manager to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the strategic partner and primary point of contact for our clients—developing winning marketplace strategies, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving performance across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love owning client relationships, and bring strong Amazon expertise to the table, this is your opportunity to make an outsized impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Client Relationship: Serve as the strategic lead for your accounts, aligning brand goals with actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead Advertising Strategy: Design, launch, and optimize Amazon (and other eCommerce platform) ad campaigns using tools like DSP and Quartile. AI-driven PPC experience is a major plus.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with analysts, creatives, ad tech partners, and internal teams to deliver cohesive, results-driven strategies.
  • Manage Performance: Track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and lead regular performance reviews with clients.
  • Innovate and Adapt: Stay on top of trends, test new approaches, and introduce tools or automation that push performance forward.
  • Multichannel Expertise: Extend campaigns to platforms such as Walmart, TikTok Shop, Criteo, and Instacart.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon advertising within an agency or eCommerce brand.
  • Proven success running DSP campaigns and managing large ad budgets across Amazon and other platforms.
  • Strong client communication skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships.
  • Data-driven approach to campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Excellent project management and time prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Quartile, Helium 10, and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked across categories like CPG, electronics, or fashion.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • 100% Remote: Work from anywhere and enjoy flexible hours.
  • High-Impact Work: You’ll have the autonomy to shape client strategy and drive real growth.
  • Smart, Supportive Team: Collaborate with experienced pros who care about doing great work.
  • Creative Freedom: Pitch ideas, run experiments, and shape the future of your role.
  • Career Growth: We’re growing fast—so there’s room for you to grow with us.

Benefits (U.S. Employees)

  • 401(k) with 4% company match after 90 days
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage (75% paid by the company)
  • Unlimited PTO and generous holiday policy
  • Ongoing training, mentorship, and development opportunities
