You'll lead 80 to 120 warehouse associates, manage KPIs, and implement workflow optimizations that enhance customer satisfaction. As part of a cross-functional leadership team, you will also drive quality, inventory accuracy, and employee engagement in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
