Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the management of our cutting-edge HEYTEA store. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the store’s high standards and supporting strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example by actively participating in drink preparation and front-line operations, especially during high-volume periods.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and shift management to optimize productivity and customer service.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer service and address any customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory.
  • Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement store-specific promotions and events.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, sales analysis, and basic financial reporting.
