We serve over 1,000 clients across industries with services including managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, connectivity, voice, and custom application development.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) seeking a driven Channel Marketing Manager or Director to own and accelerate our partner ecosystem marketing engine. In this high-impact role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies with technology vendors, referral partners, and reseller channels, translating partner relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue.</p><p><br></p><p>You will sit at the intersection of sales and marketing, working cross-functionally to build co-marketing programs, manage market development funds (MDF), and drive demand generation through our partner network. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and have a track record of delivering results through channel partnerships, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p>• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel marketing strategy aligned with company revenue goals and partner tier structures.</p><p>• Build and manage co-marketing programs with key channel partners, including joint campaigns, webinars, and field events.</p><p>• Manage the allocated channel marketing budget and related MDF process end-to-end — planning, execution, tracking, and ROI reporting.</p><p>• Collaborate with the sales team to create partner enablement materials, battle cards, case studies, and solution briefs that accelerate deal velocity.</p><p>• Plan and execute partner-focused events, executive roundtables, and presence at regional and national industry conferences (~30% travel).</p><p>• Track, analyze, and report on channel marketing KPIs including partner-sourced pipeline, MDF utilization, and marketing-attributed revenue.</p><p>• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and event partners.</p><p>• Support the onboarding and activation of net-new partners.</p><p>• Serve as the marketing point of contact and planning partner for Netrio’s most strategic partners.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><p>• 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on channel or partner marketing in the IT/technology sector.</p><p>• Proven experience working within an MSP, VAR, or technology vendor environment.</p><p>• Hands-on expertise with MDF programs, co-op funds, and partner portal platforms.</p><p>• Strong command of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate pipeline.</p><p>• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.</p><p>• Strong communicator with experience presenting to executive stakeholders, vendor partners, and external audiences.</p><p>• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; MBA a plus.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><p>• Familiarity with IT services solutions including AI, cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure.</p><p>• Certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing and sales platforms.</p><p>• Experience managing event budgets of $250K or more.</p><p>• Existing relationships within the DFW technology partner community.</p>
