The Opportunity

The Client Services Consultant is responsible for account management for our National Account Customers across the MidAtlantic. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to growing and protecting our customer base. A position with a strong purpose to make a difference each day for our customers and their employees. Work with Account Executives and partners across the entire MetLife infrastructure through implementation and daily service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage National Account clients end-to-end, from implementation through ongoing service delivery across multiple product lines (Disability & Leaves, Life Insurance, and Dental)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality customer experience
  • Oversee and coordinate account and project activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client expectations
  • Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless service and support for client needs
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and project management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and maintain composure in fast-paced environments
  • Self‑motivated professional with at least one year of relevant experience and a passion for delivering best‑in‑class service to national account customers
  • Collaborative team player who contributes positively to group objectives and success
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree, 1 year or more relevant experience

The expected salary range for this position is $62,100 - $82,800. This role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation and stock‑based long‑term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
