As an IT Security Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and infrastructure, while also driving the implementation of cybersecurity projects and initiatives. About the Role As the IT Security Executive for Coca Cola in Guatemala, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the coordination and implementation of cybersecurity projects and activities, working closely with the Corporate IT Security team and local IT leadership. You will be responsible for driving the mitigation of cybersecurity risks and operational risks, while also ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects and activities with competing priorities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate resources and activities to achieve IT Security goals, focusing on cybersecurity risk mitigation and operational risk management. Support the adaptation of implementation plans to the local operation's realities, ensuring effective project execution. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, users, business managers, and IT personnel, to implement projects and activities with diverse characteristics (vulnerability management, obsolescence tracking, etc.). Report directly to the Corporate IT Security Manager and functionally to the local IT leader (Country IT Manager). Coordinate with functional leaders to execute changes in technologies under their responsibility. Manage multiple priorities and projects, ensuring timely and effective execution. Handle high technical complexity and project implementation, vulnerability remediation, and diverse activities. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in regulatory compliance and IT security standards. Proven experience in infrastructure operations (Wintel, Linux, Unix environments). Experience in IT security operations and management. Successful track record of implementing technological projects (infrastructure, communications, or security). Strong understanding of IT processes, controls, and operations. Effective communication and training skills. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Certifications in IT security (CISSP, CISM, etc.). Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong technical skills in IT security and infrastructure operations. Excellent project management and coordination skills.
