Budget & Cost Data Analysis & Insights</p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and cost management teams to identify pain points (e.g., budget over/under-spending, abnormal fixed/variable cost ratios).</li><li>Extract multi-source data (budgets, actuals, expenses, resource usage) from different systems via SQL.</li><li>Visualize with Tableau to create dashboards (budget-vs-actual, cost trends, department/project breakdowns), then deliver reports and optimization recommendations to drive cost reduction.</li><li>Facilitate requirements discussions, translate specifications, and prepare reports by gathering and documenting requirements in both English and Mandarin with stakeholders in China who communicate solely in Mandarin.</li></ul><p><br><br>2.
