SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing the organization's digital presence, with a focus on growing engagement and creating compelling visual and video content. This role works closely with the Communications Coordinator to implement messaging, collaborates with the Marketing Team for visuals, and supports the Senior Manager in achieving marketing and engagement goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Content Management & Social Media
  1. Manage and grow social media accounts, creating engaging posts and campaigns tailored for each platform.
  2. Produce high-quality video content, including short-form content and reels for social media to drive audience engagement.
  3. Update website content, maintaining accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO best practices.
  4. Collaborate with the Communications Coordinator to adapt messaging for digital channels and ensure campaigns are visually appealing and impactful.

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
  1. Execute email campaigns, including scheduling, segmentation, template management, and performance tracking.
  2. Support campaigns with visually engaging and consistent content across all digital platforms.
  3. Coordinate cross-channel campaign execution to ensure messaging alignment.

Analytics & Reporting
  1. Track, measure, and report on digital campaign performance, social engagement, website traffic, and email metrics.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content reach, engagement, and conversions.
  3. Collaborate with Communications Coordinator and Senior Manager to refine campaigns based on analytics feedback.

Content Creation & Design Tools
  1. Create graphics and visual content for print, social media, emails, and website updates.
  2. Use video editing tools to produce engaging video content optimized for social platforms.
  3. Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure visuals and videos align with brand standards and campaign objectives.

Collaboration & Workflow
  1. Partner with Communications Coordinator to implement content strategies and messaging.
  2. Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure visuals and video content meet campaign needs.
  3. Ensure all digital content meets organizational quality, style, and branding guidelines.

Additional Responsibilities
  1. Support the Development Department's administrative projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
  2. Assist the Development team with events, contributing digital content, social promotion, and logistical support as part of a collaborative effort.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok).
  • Experience producing social media video content, including reels and short-form videos.
  • Strong skills in Canva; graphic design experience a plus. Experience with Adobe Illustrator a plus.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
  • Photography experience a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams and with external partners.
