About Us
We are a rapidly growing company seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist to join our team in Hialeah. We are looking for a technical professional who understands that a high-converting product listing is a mix of clean data, professional formatting, and search engine optimization.

Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for the "technical health" and visibility of our product catalog. You will use HTML/CSS to ensure listings are formatted correctly and Photoshop to manage product imagery. Your goal is to ensure every product we sell across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart is optimized to convert views into sales through accurate data and professional presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Content Management: Create, update, and maintain high-quality product listings across multiple channels (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart).
  • Technical Formatting: Use HTML and CSS within product description editors to ensure clean, professional, and mobile-responsive layouts.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords to increase organic search visibility.
  • Image Management: Use Photoshop for basic product photo editing, including background removal, resizing, and color correction to meet marketplace standards.
  • Quality Control: Perform regular audits of the product catalog to ensure 100% accuracy in specifications, pricing, and compatibility data.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis to identify how to better position our product features and benefits compared to the market.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Must be proficient in HTML/CSS (specifically for web content/listing layouts) and basic Photoshop.
  • E-Commerce Experience: Proven experience listing products on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or Walmart.
  • Data Accuracy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing large sets of product data, attributes, and bulk uploads.
  • Communication: Excellent English writing skills with a focus on grammar and spelling for professional product descriptions.
  • Location: Ability to work on-site in Hialeah, FL 33010.
