Our culture is rooted in ambition, accountability, and collaboration — we move fast, think boldly, and win together.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and versatile Editor & Graphics Producer to join the Tradeify Futures team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will own the end-to-end creation of video content and motion graphics that bring our brand, products, and trading insights to life across all markets. You are an exceptional editor with a sharp eye for design, a strong grasp of visual storytelling, and the ability to work autonomously across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content across social, digital, and marketing formats — from short-form clips to long-form explainers and brand films

  • Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and visual assets that align with Tradeify Futures brand guidelines

  • Collaborate with the marketing, trading, and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual content

  • Manage your own project pipeline from brief through delivery, meeting deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects

  • Adapt and localise content for our audiences, accounting for regional tone, language, and cultural nuances

  • Maintain and evolve Tradeify Futures' visual identity across all produced content

  • Source and manage music, sound design, voiceover, and licensed footage as needed

  • Contribute ideas to content strategy and help shape the visual direction of campaigns

  • Archive and organise all project assets and media libraries

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics production, ideally within fintech, trading, media, or a creative agency

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects

  • Strong motion graphics skills with the ability to design and animate from scratch

  • Demonstrable portfolio of edited video content and motion graphics work across digital and social formats

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality

  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and brand-consistent design

  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience producing content for financial services, trading platforms, or fintech brands

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma for static asset creation

  • Experience with web design and basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS); familiarity with tools such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar platforms is a plus

  • Experience with 3D animation tools (e.g. Cinema 4D, Blender)

  • Familiarity with social-first content formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

  • Experience with colour grading and audio mixing

  • Background in live streaming or broadcast production

WHY JOIN US

  • Work on high-impact creative projects at the intersection of trading and technology

  • Tight-knit, driven team that genuinely supports each other

  • Real ownership and creative influence from day one
