<br><p><strong>Seeking Ethical and Creative, Part-Time and Full-Time Real Estate Agents for the SoHo office of Tungsten Property</strong></p><p><em>tungstenproperty.com / tungstenpartners.com</em></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking ethical and creative agents to join Tungsten Property, a multi-disciplinary boutique real estate firm, located in a penthouse loft office on Lafayette Street in Soho, New York.</p><p><br></p><p>The company is closely affiliated with its parent company, Tungsten Partners, which is a holding company with equity positions in over thirty companies, including <em>Gitano</em>, <em>Parlor Coffee</em>, and <em>Vogue Scandinavia</em>. Tungsten Property specializes in transforming locations into destinations and locating critically acclaimed, independent tenants.</p><p><br></p><p>Tungsten Property’s divisions include both residential and commercial. Tungsten conducts residential rentals and sales as well as, commercial office and retail leasing and investment sales. Tungsten Property is licensed in both New York State and California.</p><p><br></p><p>Tungsten Property’s team of agents usually have backgrounds in areas outside of real estate. Through their expertise and the relationships in these industries, agents at Tungsten build more natural and trusting relationships with clients, allowing Tungsten to keep closing extraordinary deals. Further, Tungsten Property is known for its elevated in-house custom marketing, strong branding concepts, and its commitment to providing owners and clients with personalized, boutique-style service.</p><p><br></p><p>Because of Tungsten Property’s founder’s background in Investment Banking and Private Equity, Tungsten can advise its clients holistically and in more meaningful ways.</p><p><br></p><p>Unlike other brokerages, Tungsten Property has a number of leads generated through its placemaking engagements. Tungsten Property has been engaged nationally and internationally, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, Toronto, Atlanta, and Boston.  </p><p><br></p><p>Tungsten Property has been engaged in both a cultural engineering capacity as well as in a brokerage capacity as the exclusive retail broker for the entire 6 million sf Hudson Square Properties portfolio in New York City. The owner partnership is notably comprised of Trinity, the oldest (3 centuries tenure) property owner in New York; Norges, the largest sovereign wealth fund in the world; and Hines, one of the largest developers in the world.</p><p><br></p><p>Other engagements have been 125,000 sf of retail space at Pier 70 in San Francisco for Brookfield, in Toronto by three-generational family office Hullmark, and 40,000 sf in New York City and Boston by the biggest owner of class A office buildings in the US, Boston Properties.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking to expand our teams in the following focus areas of real estate brokerage: fashion, arts, office, and residential. If you have an interest or background in any of the aforementioned areas, you might recognize some of the brands we have worked with in the past.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Fashion</strong> – We have closed transactions with such tenants as A<em>cne Studios, Mara Hoffman, Grailed, Alexander Wang, Nanushka, Maison Kitsune, Mykita, JW Anderson, Collina Strada, Sleepy Jones, Hodinkee, Chrome Industries, Westerlind, Apiece Apart, Fjällräven, APC,</em> among others.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Arts</strong> – In the past we have closed studio spaces such artists such as <em>Jenny Holzer, Gabriel Orozco, Raymond Pettibon, Chloe Wise, Robert Longo, E. V. Day, Leidy Churchman,</em> and <em>Jessi Reaves.</em> We have also closed deals with names such as <em>Marc Jancou Gallery, Jack Shainman Gallery, Swivel Gallery</em>, and <em>Frieze</em>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Food & Beverage</strong> – In the last 12 months alone we have closed major restaurant deals such as the to be opened 10,000 sq ft restaurant by D<em>aniel Humm, Cove by Flynn McGarry,</em> 14,000 sq ft <em>Gitano </em>on Pier 17,<em> The Eighty-Six</em>, <em>The Ambassadors Clubhouse</em>, the new upcoming <em>Chez Ma Tante</em> restaurant in Hudson Square, <em>Café Susanne </em>at Domino Sugar Factory and <em>Cleo</em>, to name a few.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Residential </strong>– In the residential space, we specialize in discreet private buyer representation and luxury listings. Tungsten’s founder was the longest serving and three times re-elected co-chairman of the residential board of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). In that role he has cultivated Tungsten’s position of good standing within the New York residential real estate community.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Office (Tech)</strong> – Within the office market, Tungsten Property has specialized in the tech sector. Tungsten’s office team has been supported by Tungsten’s founder who has also served on the Tech Committee of the REBNY residential board.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>We are looking for ethical, creative individuals who can appreciate our network and thrive within it. Applicants should be comfortable with networking, sales, and working on their own - no real estate background is necessary.
