**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate information to customers in a courteous and professional manner. This role is a fast-paced, high-volume, inbound call center position that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. You will work from home with computer equipment provided by arenaflex and have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide prompt and accurate information to customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting and provide detailed case statuses and next steps
  • Navigate necessary websites to resolve customer inquiries
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

**Minimum Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be a resident in any of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, Montana, or Wyoming
  • Location Requirement: All work must be performed in the United States for this remote role
  • Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy, and consideration for the customer's requests or concerns
  • High-speed internet access (Minimum 10 MBPS upload speed and 100 MBPS download speed)
  • You must use a provided ethernet cord and be hard-wired into your server from the router/modem. You will not be able to use Wi-Fi or a hot spot.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Detail-oriented with close attention to program compliance requirements, record-keeping guidelines, and file closeout expectations
  • Ability to perform mathematical operations such as calculating percentages and working with large numbers
  • Ability to use analytical skills to interpret and evaluate information
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English (Bilingual preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong customer service skills and knowledge of customer service best practices

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet

**Compensation and Benefits**

  • $16.00 per hour plus bonus
  • Work from home with computer equipment provided by arenaflex
  • Temporary assignment with the potential for a permanent role
  • Paid Virtual Training will take place on Weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm
  • Typical work schedule will be a regular Full-Time Schedule
  • Hours of operation for the project are 9am-9pm EST 7 days a week, for a total of 40 hours each week. Weekends and 1-2-night shifts/week required
