**Key Responsibilities**

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

**Contractual Relationship**

As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

**Earnings and Revenue**

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll earn competitive rates for your services, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your earnings will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives may be available based on client and performance metrics.
