About the Role

Executive Assistants are essential partners to senior leaders, ensuring teams stay aligned, efficient, and connected.  They oversee daily operations, handle confidential matters with discretion, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. What You Will Do

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and process expense reports, vendor contracts, and other administrative documentation.

  • Draft and organize communications, agendas, presentations, and minutes.

  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, calls, and meeting requests.

  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Coordinate meetings and events, including space, catering, and audio/visual needs.

  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes and liaise with IT and facilities.

  • Collaborate across teams and with external partners on key initiatives.

  • Assist with special projects, research, and reporting.

  • Provide backup support and contribute to team engagement efforts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role supporting senior executives.

  • Trusted with handling confidential information with discretion.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, solve problems, anticipate needs, and create magical moments for those you support.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams, and other collaboration tools.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.

  • Sound judgment and decision-making in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience supporting executives in a corporate or studio environment.

  • Familiarity with Workday, Concur, SharePoint or other enterprise systems.

  • Experience with AI tools (Copilot)

  • Prior experience at The Walt Disney Company or similar large public corporation.


The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $51,500 to $83,300 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
