Internal applications include a lateral transfer, reduction and reassignment. If you are interested in being considered for an agency or department transfer reduction or reassignment, this is your opportunity to express your preference for potential opportunities!<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Please note that your application will remain active for six months. After that time, a new application will be required.</strong> </p><p><strong>ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>Current regular and limited-term employees interested in a lateral transfer between agencies or departments must meet the following requirements:</p><ul type="disc" style="margin-bottom: 3pt;"><li>Employees may only apply for inter-departmental transfer for positions within their same job classification and/or those comparable classifications with the same maximum salary range, for which the employee fully meets the qualifications of the lateral position.</li><li>Employees must be in good standing in their current position, which is defined as receiving a "meets or exceeds expectations" on your last performance review.</li><li>Employees currently serving a probationary period are eligible to apply, however, Human Resource Services must obtain Chief Human Resources Officer approval prior to a job offer.</li><li>You also have the option of being considered for a reassignment/reduction to another class in the same or lower salary range provided you meet the minimum requirements for the class.</li></ul><p><strong><br>SCREENING PROCESS</strong> </p><p><strong>Email Notification</strong></p><p>Email is the primary form of notification during this process.
