Job Summary

The Facility Manager, Production is responsible for maintaining a safe, reliable, and efficient production test floor, ensuring maximum uptime and full facility readiness to support continuous testing operations. This role oversees building infrastructure, environmental controls, and the critical utilities required to support test equipment and production processes. The Facility Manager develops and manages preventive maintenance programs, coordinates equipment installations and facility upgrades, oversees contractors and service providers, and ensures full compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional production test floor, maintaining maximum uptime for all testing activities.
  • Manage and execute preventive maintenance programs for critical facility systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, vacuum, and other utilities supporting test equipment.
  • Plan and coordinate equipment installations, relocations, and facility upgrades, ensuring proper utility hookups, floor layout, and adherence to safety and technical requirements.
  • Monitor facility systems performance, respond to equipment or utility interruptions, and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Oversee contractors and service providers, including scheduling, work quality, service contracts, and compliance with facility standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, working with EHS to maintain proper documentation, implement corrective actions, and promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • BSc in Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management within semiconductor, MEMS, electronics manufacturing, or other high-tech production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of building infrastructure and critical utilities, including HVAC, electrical power distribution, compressed air, vacuum, gas delivery, and environmental control systems.
  • Experience supporting production test equipment infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling, airflow, and floor layout planning.
  • Proven experience with preventive maintenance programs, work-order management systems, and facility reliability practices.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, equipment utility specifications, and facility layout plans.
  • Strong skills in vendor and contractor management, including service contracts, maintenance scheduling, and oversight of on-site work.
  • Solid understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, fire code, building code, hazardous materials handling, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in production and cleanroom areas and support occasional off-hours emergencies or maintenance activities as needed.

Compensation Range :

At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent.

The annual base salary range for this role is $133,300.00 – $183,260.00. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
