<strong>Schedule: Full Time<br><br></strong><strong>Job Type: Hybrid<br><br></strong><strong>Salary Type: Salary<br><br></strong><strong>Req #: 2505<br><br></strong><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>As a Carrier Sales Representative II, you are a key contributor to Uber Freight's business by generating and maintaining carrier relationships. You will be eligible to earn a monthly bonus, in addition to your base salary, in your first full calendar month and enjoy working in a fast-paced, sales environment.<br><br><strong>What The Candidate Will Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Establish relationships, negotiate, and develop carriers regularly via phone and email in order to develop core and dedicated carriers</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and high service levels where freight is picked up and delivered on time using safe, reliable carriers</li><li>Meet or exceed team financial and individual performance goals</li><li>Develop knowledge of carrier supply and demand, spot market pricing, and factors that impact freight markets</li><li>Carrier profile management- learn carrier requirements, needs, contacts and update carrier profiles regularly. Be an advocate for the carrier on all levels</li><li>Acquire knowledge of freight network/lanes- know what internal freight lanes we run and find carriers that match these lanes<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>High School diploma or GED</li><li>At least 2 years TL/LTL freight brokerage/logistics sales experience<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in related field</li><li>Bilingual/Multilingual skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits & Compensation For U.S. Employees<br><br></strong>Employees working more than 30 hours in the US at Uber Freight are eligible for benefits like a company sponsored health plan, dental and vision benefits, 401k match, financial and mental wellness benefits, parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance and more.
