Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests using hotel management software.
  • Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and security.
  • Provide exceptional guest relations by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service.
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects professionalism and hospitality excellence.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting, Marriott experience preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve a diverse guest demographic effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems confidently.
  • Ability to manage night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in guest services, hotel experience, or guest relations roles is preferred to excel in this position.
