Blue Lily Medical Spa is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through exceptional aesthetic and wellness services in a welcoming, professional environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Position Summary The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in creating an outstanding guest experience. This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in clients with a warm and professional attitude
  • Answer phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with client intake forms and documentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
  • Promote memberships, skincare products, and spa services
  • Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle client questions and resolve concerns professionally
Qualifications
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, spa, salon, or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using scheduling software and computers
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare setting is a plus
Pay: $17.00 per hour
