Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Staff member to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers alike. Your organizational skills and office management experience will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who enters our facility.

This paid position offers an engaging environment where your administrative expertise and friendly demeanor will shine. Payment will be conmessurate to experience.

Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm, professional attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and providing accurate information to callers
  • Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using Dentrix.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping to maintain organized office records and support administrative functions
  • Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible
Requirements
  • Little experience in dental? No problem, we will train you!
  • Proven experience in front desk or office administration roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist a diverse range of visitors and clients
  • Previous clerical and at least minimal dental knolwge experience including proofreading, filing, and document management is advantageous
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Personal assistant or office management experience is desirable for supporting various administrative needs
