We are seeking a High Ticket Closer / Consultative Enrollment Specialist to conduct meaningful discovery calls with qualified leads and guide them into our personal and leadership development, and career transformation programs.

This is a remote, independent-style, performance-based role focused on relationship-building, active listening, and professional guidance—not aggressive selling.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional discovery and enrollment calls with pre-qualified leads
  • Utilize a consultative, needs-based approach to guide prospects through decision-making
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and readiness for transformation
  • Clearly communicate program structure, outcomes, and expectations
  • Document all client interactions in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Use AI-assisted tools for follow-up, communication, and preparation
  • Build authentic rapport and maintain ongoing client relationships
  • Collaborate with the training and marketing teams to support clients’ journeys
  • Work independently with a commitment to excellence and client success

A Day in the Life

  • Review your scheduled calls and prepare with CRM insights
  • Conduct meaningful, structured conversations with prospective clients
  • Listen deeply, identify their goals, and assess program fit
  • Guide qualified leads toward a confident enrollment decision
  • Log call notes and next steps in the CRM
  • Follow up with warm leads using thoughtful, value-driven messages
  • Coordinate with the team on client needs or questions
  • End your day knowing your work directly supports someone’s personal growth and career transformation

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years in consultative sales, high ticket closing, advising, or coaching enrollment
  • Proven ability to lead structured, client-centered conversations
  • Exceptional communication, rapport-building, and listening skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Familiarity with coaching, personal development, or education industries (asset)
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable in independent, performance-based roles
