About the Role

Study.com is scaling an established, multi-million-dollar ambassador program and is seeking a social-native growth marketer to lead its next phase of expansion. The Influencer Marketing Manager will own and evolve creator strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms - translating insights into fast, effective action.

This role blends influencer marketing, social-first growth, and ambassador program leadership. Success requires strong project management, deep platform expertise, and a data-informed approach to creative and partnerships - balancing revenue and demand-driving creators, reducing dependency on top partners, expanding platform and topic coverage, and scaling sustainable growth on a proven foundation.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve an established, multi-million-dollar ambassador program. Identify growth opportunities and drive strategic next steps that deliver double-digit year-over-year growth.
  • Build relationships with top creators and establish partnerships with content distributors to unlock high-quality content at scale.
  • Source, recruit, and activate influencers and socially fluent customers aligned with test prep, college credit, and career advancement personas—prioritizing speed, authenticity, and performance.
  • Build and scale a full-funnel creator program, aligning content strategy and KPIs to where creators drive impact—from upper-funnel demand generation to lower-funnel conversion—across formats, cadence, compensation models, and success metrics.
  • Develop and execute creator strategies across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social communities, aligning each platform to target audiences and business growth goals.
  • Track and interpret social video performance (views, engagement, watch time, velocity) and keyword-level visibility across social platforms, Google, SERPs, AI Overviews (AIO), and video discovery surfaces.
  • Translate directional data and performance signals into clear actions, experiments, and recommendations for leadership—moving quickly from insight to execution.

AI-First Mindset & Workflow Innovation

  • Approach creator growth with an AI-first mindset, reimagining workflows to operate faster and more efficiently.
  • Leverage AI tools to support creator discovery, topic research, keyword analysis, and performance insights.
  • Explore AI-assisted content ideation, scripting, and optimization to strengthen creator briefs and improve content quality.
  • Identify opportunities to responsibly use AI-generated or AI-enhanced content to increase speed, consistency, and scale.
  • Continuously test and refine AI-driven workflows that help the team produce high-quality, engaging content at scale.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in creator marketing, influencer strategy, or social-first growth
  • Deep native understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social communities
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort balancing performance accountability with directional growth signals

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with content creation and editing tools such as TikTok Studio, YouTube Studio, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and a willingness to lean into the production side of creator marketing

The salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 per year. Pay is dependent upon factors including skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
