Our client is seeking an multilple IT Project Managers for long term contracts. 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs project management activities supporting multiple simultaneous projects following established Project Management processes and practices
  • Collaborates with project sponsor and operating departments to identify project objectives, milestones, resource requirements and deliverables
  • Leads project team by assembling appropriate technical and business personnel, assigning roles and responsibilities, builds and facilitates team cohesion
  • Develops project artifacts, to include but not limited to; requirements documentation, scope statements, project charters, project plans, cost estimates, technical specifications, schedules, status reports, project closure documents, lessons learned documentation
  • Tracks, monitors, analyzes and reports projects’ costs, schedule and scope status
  • Drives timely project activities, as well as efficient and cost-effective use of time, materials and resources
  • Identifies, tracks, assesses, communicates and resolves critical issues and potential risks to meet project objectives/deliverables
  • Prepares formal and informal project communications
  • Ensures projects are executed in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and codes and with company policies, procedures and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 8+ years of overall IT Project Management experience
  • Active PMP Certification
  • Meeting presentation and facilitation skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maximo Application Suite (preferred)
  • Project Management practices based on PMI
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
  • Supply Chain Experience (preferred)
  • Maximo Software (preferred)
