Part-Time | Commission-Based | Flexible Schedule

Lucky Girl Wellness is seeking a passionate, self-motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our growing holistic wellness and beauty studio. We are looking for someone who loves skincare, wellness, self-care, and creating elevated client experiences while growing within a supportive wellness-focused environment.

This is a great opportunity for an esthetician interested in holistic beauty, luxury spa experiences, scalp wellness, nervous system support, and wellness-centered client care.

Compensation

  • 70/30 Commission Split
  • Esthetician earns 70% commission

Responsibilities
  • Perform professional esthetic services including facials, skincare treatments, waxing, scalp wellness support, and beauty services within scope of practice
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas
  • Manage and provide personal professional products and tools needed for services
  • Assist in marketing and promoting services to build clientele
  • Create and maintain professional social media presence
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and client care
  • Support client retention and wellness-centered experiences
