<div><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b>The Manager, Performance Marketing is responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategies and providing strategic direction for paid digital channels to maximize return on investment. The incumbent will oversee the relationship with our marketing agency, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and tactical execution. The Manager, Performance Marketing requires expertise in digital advertising strategy, analytics and attribution to effectively guide marketing spend allocation and drive continuous performance improvement. The incumebent will collaborate cross-functionally to align performance marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and revenue goals.<br/><br/><b>PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br/><ul><li>Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search, social media, programmatic media and other digital channels.</li><li>Provide clear strategic direction and oversight to our marketing agency on tactical campaign execution.</li><li>Establish strong collaborative relationships with agency teams, ensuring they have the guidance needed to deliver successful campaigns.</li><li>Review agency recommendations and provide strategic input to optimize campaign performance.</li><li>Forecast and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximum return. Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting to track marketing revenue and ROI.</li><li>Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for all digital marketing initiatives. Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for review.</li><li>Implement comprehensive UTM parameter strategy to accurately track campaign performance and user acquisition sources.</li><li>Direct the agency in implementing A/B testing methodologies to optimize landing pages, creative assets and campaign elements. Partner with creative, content and website teams to develop effective campaign assets.</li><li>Monitor and optimize programs based on customer acquisition costs, conversion rates and target audience alignment.</li><li>Coaches and develops a team of professionals to assist in their development and attainment of necessary skills to lift performance.
