POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join the EnFin Servicing Department to establish quality metrics, assess quality trends, and drive the continuous improvement of processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential solar and will work closely with Servicing Vendors, Operations, Risk and Compliance departments to ensure objectives and processes align with business needs. This position will be based out of the Irvine, CA office. Remote may be considered in exceptional cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define, implement, and refine quality standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Establish key performance metrics to monitor and improve process performance.
  • Lead QA efforts for the Servicing organization, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and manage a team of associates responsible for performing daily QA tasks. This includes setting performance expectations, providing training, and monitoring performance.
  • Establish key performance metrics, assess quality trends, and build AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Investigate performance gaps, including root cause corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage Vendor quality scorecards.
  • Participate in new product rollouts.
  • Prepare test plans and test cases to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 8-10+ years of work experience including 5+ years of work experience of quality assurance experience with at least 2+ years in a lead or management role required.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including modern approaches that leverage AI to improve effectiveness and speed.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing a team of QA associates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing or overseeing third-party servicing vendors.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solar Industry experience (Renewable).
  • Familiarity with origination and servicing software and systems.
  • Understanding of Solar lending products.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
