We are looking for a passionate, high-energy, perfectionist marketing leader who not only loves the marketing field but is exceptional at it. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building, shaping, and driving a brand in a competitive and fast-moving industry. The Marketing Manager will own and lead the firm\'s marketing strategies and function, while also contributing directly to the creative and execution of marketing initiatives. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on capability and will serve as the central leader and coordinator of the firm\'s marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will write and implement the firm\'s marketing plan, direct the firm\'s marketing team, coordinate outside vendors and creative partners, and ensure the firm\'s brand, messaging, and market presence are executed with excellence. This candidate would be a creative problem-solver who embraces modern marketing tools and emerging technologies, including AI, and leverages AI automations to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Leadership • Develop and implement the firm\'s marketing strategy, plan, and budget. Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across all channels while managing and directing the firm\'s marketing team responsible for digital platforms, email campaigns, and social media. Brand, Messaging & Public Relations • Maintain and strengthen the firm\'s brand identity and positioning. Ensure consistency across communications and lead public relations efforts, including press releases, media opportunities, and thought leadership that elevate the firm\'s industry presence. Creative & Marketing Production • Participate in the development of marketing materials, including presentations, offering memorandums, promotional collateral, and trade show materials. Oversee creative development across both internal and outsourced projects while maintaining high standards for quality and brand consistency. Plan and execute web-based marketing strategies, including creating, updating, and maintaining website content, blogs, and landing pages. Events, Industry Presence & Business Development • Plan and execute the firm\'s participation in industry conferences and trade shows, including organizing logistics, branding, and marketing presence for at least two major trade shows annually. Innovation, Technology & Marketing Operations • Identify and implement marketing technologies, tools, and data-driven strategies that enhance prospect engagement, market intelligence, and revenue growth. Manage vendor relationships, oversee marketing projects, and maintain the firm\'s marketing systems, templates, and budget. **** Qualifications: • Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in marketing or equivalent. • Strong experience developing structured marketing plans that clearly define objectives and strategies, allocate budgets, and deploy the appropriate promotional mix to achieve objectives. • Experience managing marketing resources, vendors, and creative teams. • Strong project management and organizational skills (highly organized!) • Experience with managing events and trade shows. • Perfectionist tendencies - exceptional attention to detail with an exacting standard for accuracy and quality is a must. • C-level written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in finance/private equity/commercial real estate sectors is preferred. • Strong computer and technical skills - including Website management General Software Applications : • Operational, i.e., Google Drive, Microsoft Office, CRM, SiteGround • Commercial Real Estate Applications, i.e., STDB, Reonomy, Costar, Placer AI, etc. • Marketing, i.e., Photoshop, Canva, Wordpress/CMS, Google analytics, Social Media, etc. Compensation: $65,000 annually
