Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Collaboration

Develop the annual North America C&I sales and marketing strategy. Work closely with the sales team to align product features, launch timelines, and market positioning. Together, achieve annual and multi-year milestone targets and implement brand growth strategies.

Industry Presence & Public Speaking

Represent Renon at key industry associations, forums, and summits; secure sponsorships and speaking opportunities; maintain strong relationships with media, KOLs, and industry organizations.

Events & Roadshows

Plan and execute major exhibitions (e.g., The smarter E / Intersolar, Solar Solutions), regional roadshows, customer events, and product launches; develop standardized event playbooks for consistent execution.

Training & Workshops

Organize product and solution training sessions for distributors, installers, and EPC/VPP partners; build a structured training curriculum and certification framework to enhance partner engagement and professionalism.

Key-Account Support

Collaborate with Sales for C-level engagement with top distributors, EPCs, and project owners; lead joint marketing initiatives and deepen strategic cooperation.

Brand & PR

Manage brand messaging and visual identity; localize and maintain the U.S. website and social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.); oversee PR activities and brand reputation management.

Content & Product Marketing

Develop marketing materials such as whitepapers, selection guides, case studies, presentations, quotation templates, and certification checklists; highlight U.S. market compliance and product differentiation.

Digital Demand Generation

Lead SEO/SEM and paid digital campaigns; implement Zoho-based marketing automation; ensure accurate CRM data capture and drive lead-to-deal conversion efficiency.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

Establish and maintain a pricing, channel, certification, and competitor analysis database; provide monthly insights and strategic recommendations for management.

Ecosystem Partnerships

Build co-marketing collaborations with associations, media, certification labs, and VPP/EMS partners to expand Renon’s ecosystem and visibility.

Budget & Vendor Management

Manage the U.S. marketing budget and ROI performance; oversee external vendors including design, events, translation, and PR agencies.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Enable Sales with marketing toolkits and playbooks; coordinate with Product and Technical teams for successful product launches and customer enablement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years in renewable energy, energy storage, solar, inverter, or EPC sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in the U.S. or North American C&I energy industry.
  • Hands-on experience in trade shows, association engagement, and PR or brand management.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect marketing to revenue outcomes.
  • Proficient in SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Analytics, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with Zoho One, HubSpot, or Marketo for CRM and marketing automation.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills; Spanish as an additional languages are a plus.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with strong presentation and reporting abilities.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and highly accountable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% across the U.S. for events, partnerships, and team coordination.
Pay: $10,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
