Position Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Material Handler & Shipping Coordinator to support our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate material allocation, data tracking, and timely shipment of electronic components and finished goods.

You will work closely with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure materials are accounted for and all shipments go out accurately and on time. This is an onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process all outgoing shipments, including customer orders and production-related deliveries
  • Perform high-volume data entry and maintain multiple spreadsheets for inventory tracking, shipping logs, and order status
  • Allocate and track committed materials for all customer builds and production orders
  • Ensure all products, components, and documentation meet shipping and customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate records to support traceability and quality standards required in electronic manufacturing
  • Communicate with internal teams (production, purchasing, and planning) to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with material handling, inventory organization, and warehouse operations
  • Be available to work Saturdays as needed, including driving packages to the local FedEx hub for shipment drop-off

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accuracy in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand and/or sit for extended periods
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional deliveries
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and inventory systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems
  • Background in electronics manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations

Additional Information

  • Mileage reimbursement provided when use of a personal vehicle is required for deliveries
