Patients Overflow is a fast-growing dental marketing agency helping dental clinics across North America generate more Invisalign, Dental Implant, and New Patient appointments through Meta Ads.

We're looking for a high-performance Creative Strategist & Media Buyer who understands that winning on Meta today is about creative strategy, direct response marketing, and execution—not just launching campaigns.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Managing Meta ad campaigns for multiple dental clinics
  • Developing winning ad angles and offers
  • Writing direct response ad copy and video scripts
  • Creating creative briefs for our in-house editors
  • Managing and providing feedback to our video editing team
  • Launching, testing, and optimizing Meta campaigns
  • Analyzing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Building and maintaining a library of winning creatives
  • Researching competitors and market trends
  • Taking ownership of client performance
What We're Looking ForMust Have
  • 2+ years of Meta Ads experience
  • Experience generating leads for local businesses
  • Strong direct response copywriting skills
  • Ability to write video ad scripts from scratch
  • Strong understanding of marketing psychology
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make decisions independently
  • Excellent English communication skills

Compensation

Base Salary
