Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWelding Job Description$21.25 – $24.251st or 2nd Shift10-12 hoor shifts Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed.Location: Gainesville and Lula, GAProduction Welder/FabricatorPosition SummarySafely and efficiently welds products in accordance with work instructions, by using specialized and approved tooling to perform standardized work and ensure product quality.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Produce units within the standard cycle times, while maintaining quality standards.
  • Operate Miller welding equipment safely and effectively.
  • Support standardized work processes and team-oriented goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Verify all previous parts have been assembled, and/or welded correctly.
  • Participates and maintains 5s standards.
  • Understands, complies in support of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Perform special projects as requested and related tasks as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Basic English competency
  • Must be able to read and follow specific work instructions in English.
  • Flexible to handle frequent business need changes.
  • Must be able to work in a FAST-paced environment with variable season temperatures.

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of weld-shop processes .
  • Previous manufacturing welding experience
