Amaze Health is looking for a motivated Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician's Assistant (PA) to join our empowering team. As a Telehealth Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will be responsible for providing remote patient care consultations for our exciting healthcare platform that puts patients back in control of their own healthcare. At Amaze Health, we have worked hard to develop a positive work culture where our employees come together to provide valuable solutions to today’s healthcare system. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, delivering personalized care and support to our patients.

Candidates must live in one of the following states to be considered for this position: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania or Texas.

Shift starts as early as 2pm and end as late as 1am MST to include one weekend day.

Responsibilities
  • Ask intuitive questions to discover cause(s) of illness, injury or medical issue
  • Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history, exam, and testing.
  • Prescribe and interpret lab tests to obtain more information
  • Prescribe medications and provide comprehensive instructions for administration
  • Collaborate with Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and extended team to form a high performing medical team
  • Be able to continually learn and innovate for better patient care and outcomes.
  • Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion with patients
  • Be willing to adapt and overcome issues as they arise for the betterment of patients.
  • Minimal of three (3) years experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or family medicine as an APP
  • Two (2) years experience in rural medicine as an APP
  • Must hold an active unrestrictive license as an Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support patients newborn onward
  • Ability to provide compassionate care and establish patient rapport
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies to include lab work, images, and patient medical records and diagnostics and their interpretation.
  • Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
  • Respect for patient’s confidentiality and desires for their own healthcare
  • Multiple APP licenses are a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay Range is $45- $65/hr
