<p>We are currently supporting an outstanding international technology leader within the mission-critical (IT/AV) technology space in the search for a Logistics and Operations Manager to join their growing US operation based in Washington D.C.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a highly visible operational leadership role focused on inventory management, logistics coordination, order management, procurement support, and Sales & Operations Planning activities across a complex, fast-paced technical environment. The position will play a critical role in ensuring seamless end-to-end supply chain execution, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across high-value technical projects and deployments.</p><p><br></p><p>The opportunity would suit candidates with strong experience across logistics, supply chain, inventory management, procurement, or S&OP environments who enjoy working cross-functionally, driving operational improvements, and managing complex operational workflows within an international technology-led business.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage operational logistics including transportation, warehousing, and shipping</li><li>Coordinate order management and supplier purchase orders</li><li>Track material availability and delivery schedules</li><li>Lead inventory management activities including audits and stock optimisation</li><li>Support demand planning and regional S&OP processes </li><li>Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders </li><li>Drive operational improvements and process efficiencies </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years’ experience within logistics, inventory management, order management, or S&OP environments </li><li>Strong understanding of U.S. logistics regulations and transportation frameworks </li><li>Experience working with ERP systems such as MS D365FO </li><li>Background in demand planning and inventory optimisation </li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desirable Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>MBA, APICS/CSCP, or CPIM certification </li><li>Experience within fast-paced or multi-channel operational environments </li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations professional looking to join a globally connected business in a highly visible and impactful role.</p>
