Outside Cannabis Sales Representative

Future of the Leaf Infusers, LLC is a licensed Illinois cannabis manufacturing company seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Cannabis Sales Representative to help expand our presence throughout Illinois dispensaries.

This role is ideal for someone with cannabis industry sales experience who understands dispensary relationships, account management, product education, and driving sell-through in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, professional, and capable of building strong long-term relationships with dispensary buyers, managers, and budtenders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dispensary buyers, managers, and budtenders
  • Open new dispensary accounts and grow existing accounts
  • Increase reorder frequency and SKU placement within dispensaries
  • Conduct in-store pop-ups, product education, and staff trainings
  • Represent company brands professionally throughout Illinois
  • Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal leadership regarding account activity and market feedback
  • Travel regularly throughout Illinois to support accounts and sales growth
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with dispensary partners
Qualifications
  • Cannabis industry sales experience preferred
  • Existing Illinois dispensary relationships strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Professional, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
  • Experience with vape, concentrate, edible, or infused cannabis products preferred
Compensation
  • Base salary plus commission and performance incentives
  • Travel and approved business expenses reimbursed
Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Travel required throughout Illinois
