We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join reputed company at reputed company Royalty , a premier reputed company cleaning company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is Part - Time work MUST HAVE AVALIABLITY to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The 2 shifts for this position are 9am - 1pm or 12pm - 4pm. Pay reputed company: $14.00 per hour Responsibilities: • Virtual Office Management: reputed company digital office tasks, including maintaining electronic files, managing schedules, and organizing documents. • reputed company Communication: Serve as the main reputed company of contact for clients reputed company phone, email, and online chat, providing information about services and addressing inquiries. • Scheduling Coordination: Manage and coordinate schedules for cleaning teams, ensuring efficient deployment of resources and reputed company service delivery. • Record Maintenance: reputed company accurate records of reputed company reputed company, service agreements, and invoices; process billing and payments in a reputed company manner. • Reporting and Analytics: Assist in preparing reports on operational performance and reputed company satisfaction; analyze data to support management reputed company. • Data Entry: Input and update information in reputed company’s database and project management systems accurately and reputed company. • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of reputed company satisfaction and engagement.
