Responsibilities

  • Influence Eightfold’s partner strategy: Work closely with the Sales, Alliances, and Product Marketing teams to identify and prioritize key go‑to‑market partners; represent each partner’s joint marketing potential and commitment.
  • Develop Partner Marketing strategies: Develop and implement a partner marketing strategy that supports business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Generate pipeline: Drive overall development and implementation of partner‑specific marketing plans that align with named account and revenue targets.
  • Create compelling content: Collaborate with the demand generation, content and creative teams to develop and produce partner marketing assets including case studies, demand generation offers, joint solution briefs, webinars, events, and more to strengthen brand and grow demand.
  • Drive performance optimization: Establish metrics and KPIs to track and measure the success of partner marketing initiatives and campaigns, and continually optimize programs to improve performance.
  • Cultivate relationships: Manage and grow joint marketing commitments, activities and funding with prioritized partners. Through influence and compelling strategies, drive “unfair mindshare” for Eightfold within partner marketing teams.
  • Ensure campaign alignment: Educate partners on Eightfold’s campaign priorities to ensure partner alignment to one or more campaigns; integrate joint marketing tactics into the broader Eightfold marketing plan.
  • Extend reach and amplify the Eightfold brand: Extend to and through partners with consistency and quality (on industry events, conferences, trade shows, partner materials, and more).

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of increasing responsibility in partner marketing, alliances, or business development in a technology company.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise software, and HR technology.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful partner marketing campaigns and programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Hybrid Work @ Eightfold

We follow a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with a strong emphasis on in‑person collaboration to foster innovation, culture, and rapid execution. Employees based near our Santa Clara, London, Bangalore, and Noida offices are expected to work from the office three days per week.

Base salary range: $155,000 to $210,000 (Zone A, SF Bay Area). The role is open to SF Bay Area and is hybrid. Base pay is only one component of our total compensation package; eligibility for bonuses and equity awards is also included. Compensation varies depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. The role is located in our HQ office in Santa Clara, CA.
