About the position

The Public Safety Dispatcher position at the Colorado Springs Police Department is responsible for receiving and dispatching calls for police, emergency medical, and fire services. Responsibilities

  • Receive and dispatch incoming calls for police, emergency medical, and fire services.

  • Possess or obtain certifications in CPR, CBI CCIC/NCIC, CJIS, Incident Command System 100, 700, and NCMEC within three months of hire.
