A growing company in the semiconductor / electronic components industry is hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to support purchasing operations, inventory coordination, customer communication, and sales support activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, quotations, and related documentation
  • Coordinate purchasing activities and shipment schedules with vendors/suppliers
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs)
  • Communicate with customers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and order updates
  • Monitor inventory levels and support inventory management
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams
  • Resolve shipment issues and customer inquiries
  • Support sales operations and administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports related to purchasing, inventory, and sales activities

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Purchasing, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or related positions

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • ERP system experience is a plus
