We are seeking a QuickBooks Online expert, who is a certified ProAdvisor, to help our in house manager who has started reconciling our books monthly with any questions she may have and to do a double check. We would also like someone to provide ongoing support to our office when questions or issues arise.

We use QuickBooks Online along with a third-party industry platform, Pool Brain, for invoicing and operations. Please add the word bumblebee to your proposal. We are looking for someone who can not only fix problems when they come up, but also explain what was done so our office understands the correct process and can avoid recurring issues in the future. We are looking for someone who has trained in house staff, created SOPs and checklists and is willing to be available when our office staff has issues that need a further deep dive and experienced eye to resolve.

The ideal candidate will be a Quickbooks ProAdvisor who has strong bookkeeping and accounting experience, with a focus on maintaining accurate financial records and clean monthly reconciliations. We would also like help improving our financial systems and reporting over time, including areas such as:

-Customized quarterly reports

-Receipt tracking

-Improved expense categorization

-Better workflows between Pool Brain and QBO

-General accounting process improvements

This is a part-time role hopefully long-term engagement for the right fit! We currently handle business taxes in-house, but if you also provide business tax services, we may consider expanding the relationship in the future.
