Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator (High-Volume Hiring) to manage full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of roles. This individual will be responsible for handling large candidate pipelines, conducting a high number of interviews daily, and ensuring a seamless hiring process for both candidates and internal stakeholders. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can recruit across diverse and customized roles —including but not limited to technical, healthcare, operations, and other specialized positions—while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple roles and departments
  • Conduct a high volume of daily interviews and candidate screenings
  • Source candidates through job boards, databases, social platforms, and outbound outreach
  • Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on role-specific requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs, including customized or niche roles
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as pipeline status, conversion rates, and hiring progress
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Core Requirements

  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess candidate qualifications and maintain precise records
  • Proven capability to conduct high-volume interviews across a diverse range of roles (e.g., technical, healthcare, operations, and other customized positions)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles, schedules, and candidate pipelines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and internal teams
  • Ability to clearly explain job requirements, provide timely updates, and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment, staffing agencies, or BPO environments
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries or role types
  • Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and performance tracking
  • Experience with remote or global hiring processes
