Job Summary

We’re looking for a sharp and dependable Transcriber to join a remote team and support daily operations through accurate documentation. In this role, you’ll attend virtual meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure all records are clearly updated by the end of each day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter notes or summaries into internal systems and documents
  • Ensure all assigned records or transcripts are completed by end of day
  • Communicate with team members via Slack or email to clarify details when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times

Requirements

  • Strong typing skills with excellent grammar and spelling
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Comfortable asking questions to ensure clarity and accuracy
  • Experience with transcription, note-taking, executive assistance, or similar roles
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for daily meetings
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom and Slack
  • Previous experience with medical transcription is a bonus
