**Job Summary:**

The **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** drives top-of-funnel pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting into defined accounts. This role focuses on engaging decision-makers in complex and enterprise environments to uncover new opportunities, schedule qualified meetings, and support long-term pipeline growth. The SDR partners closely with the sales team by executing personalized, account-based outreach and applying market and industry insights to open doors in priority segments.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Conduct outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn to engage key decision-makers and generate qualified meetings.

+ Research target accounts and stakeholders to build tailored messaging strategies based on business needs and market trends.

+ Partner with Regional Sales Directors and marketing to prioritize high-value accounts and align on territory strategy.

+ Utilize CRM and sales engagement tools to manage daily activities, maintain data integrity, and track progress toward goals.

+ Monitor competitive activity and industry news to enhance outreach relevance and positioning.

+ Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and share insights to optimize prospecting strategies.

+ Meet or exceed performance metrics including outreach volume, qualified meetings, and opportunity creation.

+ Leverage AI and data-driven insights to deliver executive-level, strategy-led outreach into defined accounts, independently generating net-new opportunities while staying current on market and industry trends.
