This role will work closely with the VP, Sales Strategy and Enablement to design, build, maintain and monitor key analytical deliverables - such as reporting and dashboards - to assess the health and performance of these go-to-market sales motions worldwide. This role is a hybrid of traditional positions in strategic planning, sales operations, finance, and analysis - requiring a mix of market analysis, sales optimization and business operational support.

Sample projects range from tactical performance report building and analysis (using Salesforce CRM and Snowflake), to dashboard asset creation (using Tableau), to strategic data management and market research (using 3rd party resources and AI modeling). This role will be expected to utilize (and have experience in) data visualization modeling (such as Tableau) and the ability to excel beyond manual spreadsheets. The role will be very visible in the organization, often engaging with Senior Executives from cross-functional departments including Sales Distribution, Operations, Legal, Ethics, Audit, Business Technology and Strategy, and thus is expected to function well in a fast paced, deliverable-centric, global oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Reporting using Salesforce CRM and Snowflake
  • Dashboard Creation using Salesforce CRM and Tableau
  • Weekly Monitoring and Measurement Readouts
  • Market Research and Go-To-Market (GTM) Expansion Support
  • Account Data Management Enrichment
  • Senior Executive Business Review Preparations and Communications Support
  • Annual Operating Plan Support for Territory Design, Management and Headcount Resourcing
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Expansion Requests and Support
  • Day-to-Day Center of Excellence Operational Support including Slack Channel Postings, Question/ Answers, Corporate Management Action Plan Completion and Centralized Documentation

Basic Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of work experience in strategy, data analysis, logical reasoning
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Google Suite of Products (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet)
  • Knowledge of basic excel formulas, pivot tables and conditional formatting
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint presentations
  • Work experience in consulting, finance, or product management is a plus
