KeyNode Solutions is a full-service Salesforce Consulting Partner with headquarters in San Diego, CA.

We have an immediate need for Salesforce Consultant / Administrator. This is a fractional contract position (several hours a week, depending on your general availability) with the potential for the long-term fractional engagement. This position is fully remote.

In this role, you'll primarily work in following areas:

  • Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and systems
  • Solution, document, and translate client requirements into Salesforce.com design
  • Participate in the sales cycle as needed (pre-sales, demos, and project planning)
  • Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform
  • Facilitate training for clients

Must Haves:

  • Salesforce Certification(s)
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
  • Superb ability to timely communicate with clients guiding and advising them every step of the way
  • Superb ability to create efficient technical solutions leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development
  • Ability to participate in client-facing Zoom meetings during business hours
  • Ability to create succinct, effective documentation (e.g. detailed requirements, manuals)
  • Ability to collaborate frequently with team members and execute projects in a timely manner
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and processes
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Passion for technology and clients' success

Great to have experience with partner solutions (i.e. Conga Composer & Sign, Formassembly, DocuSign, Nintex Drawloop, Zapier, HubSpot, MailChimp).
